Advanced Structural Engineering Contractor in Austin, TX

Third-Story Addition in Downtown Austin by NXT Construction
NXT Construction recently completed a custom third-story addition to an existing home in Downtown Austin—bringing both structural innovation and added living space to this urban residence.
To support the new level, we began by reinforcing the original pillars with newly engineered structural upgrades. The existing third-floor deck was carefully dismantled and rebuilt to meet the necessary weight-bearing requirements for the added structure above. Once the support system was in place, we constructed a brand-new enclosed room on the third floor.
